The training module allows you to manage all of your staffs training requirements across all of your sites.

The training module is made up of 3 sections;

  • Summary - Displays a graph of any expired or due training.
  • Courses - Manage all of the courses required by your staff as well as scheduling and booking course.
  • Staff - Manage staff, job roles and training requirements.


  • Training Reviewer - Read only access, can view staff and there training requirements, job roles and scheduled courses but cannot modify them.
  • Training Editor - Can also add staff, modify staffs training, book on to courses.
  • Training Admin - Can also add new courses, change job role training requirements and schedule new courses.
